Flabuless Lets Her Hair Down!
July 17, 2007 · Print This Article
I had a great day today! Here’s me letting my hair down…as embarrassing as it is…You may wince, but keep watching…if you can bear sitting through me make an utter fool of myself…I do get into some good stuff…after my momentary lapse into bootie shaking insanity.
p.s Don’t look too closely at the HUGE pimple on my face…Grrrrr!

Hello, found your site thru Trish a few weeks ago. You are so cute and refreshing. I loved how happy you were in your vlog. I can’t seem to get started on my losing journey. Anyway, I’ve had a website for a couple of months now with no comments. Was wondering if you’d read it and tell me what you think. An outsiders view sometimes sheds new light.
Thanks, Devon
P.S. You ex is an idiot!

You go, Girl
Hey Flabuless!
That was a really cool song you were dancing to. What is it called?
Glad to see you in happy spirits. You have such a sparkle.
Keep hope. True love does exist, and your dad is right on the relationship point. Wise man
hi! i stumbled here…from somewhere…anyway, how cool was it that i got here and you had a video up? compels me to add you to my blogroll….based soley on seeing and listening to your video!
i’m the daughter of a minister too! lol…i love to run into more people with that in common….its so nice to run into those who probably have similiar backgrounds…
ok, i’m rambling.
i agree with your dad…and also want to add that i believe many people today move forward in marriages specifically without an air of permanence. they are ready to jump ship with the slightest wave in the water….not willing to stick it out and work it out….perhaps its my background that has drilled this into me, but i think people overlook their vows. what they vow to their spouse (and since so many people christain or not have religious ceremonies) what they vow to God. “for better or for worst”- how quickly many of them forget that. “forsaking all others”- clearly your ex wasn’t paying attention to this line. ect. and so on….
ahhh…now how has blogging affected my weightloss/been helpful?
i attribute my success so far (16lbs) to my blog. having the support of others, knowing (like you said) that there are thousands of people all over the world just like me…experienceing the same thing is soo encouraging. its a blessings. truly. i know that by logging on and being accountable to somebody, i will succeed. its now an issue of “when” rather than “if”…and that makes me sooo positive. on my bad/dark days, i have had other bloggers lift me up and tell me “its ok”…oh, how they have saved me from myself.
i’m 16lbs in with a plan to lose over 100lbs total. i’m doing this…with the help of everyone out there. i have no words for how much that means to me at this moment.
sorry for the novel…clicking my name should take you to my website..
blessings…..
here i am again, bc i dont see anywhere else to post my other comments.
your pics: amazing! what great progress girl! you have come sooo far. i hope you are thrilled with yourself.
somewhere in your about me or something you mention how the weight has been an excuse. and without it you will be naked and exposed…vulnerable: i can relate. i have begun to wonder if after i lose the weight will i be as wonderful as i sometimes feel my fat keeps me from being.
also, our goal weights are very similiar! i’m shooting for 170. seems like a nice comfortable number….though it was set arbitrarily. so i may or may not adjust it as i get closer to the end of the weightloss part of this healthier lifestyle i have adopted.
ok. i’m gonna shut up now….let someone else talk.
Love your site… Love FlabTV. Have you ever seen ‘Sex In The City’? (I am a huge TV junkie… and food junkie) They discuss the fact that it generally takes half of the time that a relationship lasted to heal from it’s damaging aspects. I agree with Devon that your ex is an idiot, that you are cute and refreshing. I think you have the loveliest face and although you may not know it… you already are FLABULESS! It’s great to know that there are other paddlers in my boat. If we row together (through blogging, vlogging, emails, comments, pics, ect.) WE CAN WIN!
You’re nutso woman! Almost 19 minutes of fabulous flabuless! Loved it…you do rock, you know that right?
haha! not all of it is me rocking it out…the first 4.5min maybe…lol so if you cant put up with the dance moves…just fastforward…hehe… Thanks devon, teena, steph, ladyT, christina and trish…
by the way steph it is called ‘Days like these’ by Cat Empire an absolutely RAD band…they also have a good song called HelloHello! Check them out…you wont be disapointed.
Final Words…”Rock it out guys! Life’s too short.”
