This one hit a cord with me today so I wanted to share…I am guilty of this….soooooo guilty…cause my life is going to be perfect when I lose weight RIGHT?….
Reality check: you can never, ever, use weight loss to solve problems that are not related to your weight. At your goal weight or not, you still have to live with yourself and deal with your problems. You will still have the same husband, the same job, the same kids, and the same life. Losing weight is not a cure for life.

i have to keep sight of this as well…i had a problem with this thought process a few years ago, but i’ve come to the realization taht this quote poitns out…just so much better and more eloquently than i had. lol.
