One of my favourite movies of all times “Shadowlands”, the story of CS Lewis, has a quote which I love it states “we read to know we are not alone”. Thanks so much for your comments, encouragement and patience this week…I thought I would do a quick FlabVlog to fill you in on the details. I am still a bit down…but getting there!

Hell has no fury like a woman scorned.
Time to rent some chic flicks, girl. Here’s a few of my favorites. Waiting to Exhale, Ain’t nothing like Angela Basset getting even, and Yeah she laid in bed for a while too. Hello, You are so sweet and truely beautiful! Some advice - First give the house a really good cleaning, it’s theraputic and think of the calories burned. Then get a baby sitter for the evening. Take a shower, lots of make-up, a new fun hair style, put on your favorite outfit and have a girls night out! I feel better after I little escape from reality for a while. You will feel renewed and coping skills will be recharged. You deserve it!

be strong! your strategy sounds level headed and smart….and i think your general reaction (hiding in your cave, letting the house fall apart) is normal…..
