In order to further promote our unique and individual FlabBlogs, I am setting up a FlabBlogroll so that we can all benefit from each others links and so that other readers can easily find us.

The only requirements to taking part in this FlabBlogRoll is that:

• Your blog must be weight-loss focussed – it doesn’t matter how you are losing weight or where you are at in your progress. It also doesn’t matter if you have other, more general, posts on your blog as long as it is primarily about your own personal weight loss journey amongst other things…

• You must publish the FlabBlogRoll on the sidebar of your Blog…and it must be clearly visible.
• You must, at least, publish one new post in your blog each week.

I will endeavour to visit everyone’s blogs periodically, so make sure, when I pop into your cyber home, the blogroll is displayed on your site…hehe!…or else Flabuless might brew up some fire and brimstone…lol.

Its a great opportunity to join together and help each other…besides i would LOVE to have a list of everyone’s blogs that visit this site…So many come in and out that its hard to keep up, at times.
