Here is my weight-loss journey so far in pictures. I started my journey at a whopping 336lbs now over 100lbs lighter I am still going but I thought I would share this update of my success to-date! Doing this presentation was actually quite eye opening for me…Its hard to believe sometimes that I have lost soooo much weight already. Its also easy to get discouraged when you hit plateaus, as I have of late, but I have been reminded today that what I have achieved so far is more than enough motivation/inspiration to keep me going to my goal of 178lbs. By the way…I made it up my big hill this afternoon and only had to stop and sit down once…almost at the top. It feels so great to get back into exercise!

I told you all I had some exciting news to report. Well, here it is!… FindingFlabuless, in conjunction with Lipton Diet White Tea and Flabuless’s new website DownsizeTV are excited to announce the Lipton Win-A-Bike Competition.

You can register at downsizeTV and submit your first video cast (which can be streamed in from any of the major video servers such as youtube, revver, bliptv etc) video blogging about your weight-loss or health and fitness journey and why you need the bike and deserve to win- that would be worth 5 entries. *make sure you submit it under the ‘Lipton Win a Bike’ Category.

3 You could do both of the above for the full 7 entries into the competition.

4. And as a bonus, on the downsizeTV site people can rate your video and the 3 top rated entry videos will get 10 bonus entries, 6 bonus entries and 4 bonus entries respectively from highest to lowest…so for maximum chance at winning the bike get as many people to register on the downsizeTV site, and rate your video entry, as possible.

This competition will run for 4 weeks and the winner will be drawn at 8pm NZST on the 6th of June I will be video casting this event for everyone to see. Please note-it is ONLY open to US residents. The total prize package will include:

Ok so here is my latest rant and rave….I have had about a gutsfull of all the rumours I have had the agony of being the leading lady of in my town of 800people. Cant they find someone else to talk about or do I just have a big fat TARGET on my back for them to shoot at! Well I was talking to Steph – Back In Skinny Jeans Last night and she introduced me to a great site called Zazzle.

Wow! I am hooked. It is basically a site where I can put my Lighter Side Cartoons on different products for sale. I am sooo excited. This is too cool! So if you are looking for an inspirational and motivational gift for you or a fellow dieter then Flabuless Selections the place to go…wink wink nudge nudge…hehe Ok, Ok so that was a shameless plug! Can you blame me with products looking this fantastic…After all they ARE quirky, original, unique, and one day just may be a collector’s item…hehe so who could resist? I haven’t got all the products up yet but there is a wide selection there to start with. My aim is to eventually have all my designs available in all the different products ie tshirts, mugs, magnets, stickers, postcards, calendars etc.

I have already put 24hrs into getting the products prepared that are there…darn insomnia! If you revisit the FindingFlabuless home page you will also see that I have incorporated my Zazzle store panel nicely on the front page of my brand new design! It looks very cool!!! If I do say so myself!

I just had to share this with you guys…this photo was taken 3 weeks ago and whenever I look at it I get amazed. Haha I look so slim and toned…Wow I HAVE come a long way since my ‘Big Momma’ days. Its sort of like one day you wake up and look at yourself and you can finally see the difference…Its funny that everyone seems to notice our weight-loss before we do!! Perhaps we are just blinded to our own success. Still this photo seemed to bring it all back home to me. I think I deserve a pat on the back…lol

As you can see…FindingFlabuless has been going through a major revamp the last 24hrs. Its a new day so I thought how ’bout’ a new look and direction. Please bear with me as I fix up broken links and perfect the design. The changes are going to be very exciting! So watch this space! I will be back to post as soon as I have it all sorted.
