Hi guys, since my last post I have been having some serious discussions with Stephanie from Back in Skinny Jeans about the prevalence of fat discrimination both blatant and subtle. Whether it is coming at you from the direction of well-meaning family and/or friends, from the workplace, or the retail shop where you are purchasing that new outfit. Fat Discrimination is alive and well. As fat people we can’t get away from it…as long as we are fat, people will always have their preconceived ideas of WHO we are simply based on WHAT we are.

With this in mind, in this Flabvlog, I also discuss the importance of watching how us dieters relate to, encourage, and challenge each other There is a fine line between constructive interrelations and destructive ones.
